New heavy duty bluespoons from redesigned mold.
Injection molded 33% glass fiber filled nylon composite bluespoons, for use with nozzles up to 11/16" (17mm) bore.
$95 3.35" (85 mm) pitch diameter 20 bluespoon runner.
Assembled runner includes basic 1/2" or 5/8" arbor, hub and 20 blue spoons
$120 3.35" (85 mm) pitch diameter 20 bluespoon runner.

Precision cast stainless bluespoon size
$360 Stainless bluespoon turgo runner.
Professionally TIG welded precision 17-4 PH stainless steel castings. Complete runner includes choice of custom or basic arbor. Available in 20, 20 and 24 spoon sizes. Larger welded stainless runners of 25, 26, 27 and 28 stainless bluespoons available at a cost of $15 per spoon. This runner is available in your choice of right hand (RH turns clockwise) or left hand (LH turns counter clockwise). All other runner sizes are RH only.

 Spin Balancing
Balancing is not required for plastic spoon runners. Welded stainless spoon runners can be spin balanced at a local pump impeller balancing shop. Cost depends on runner size and center hole mandrel dimension.

 Welding
Turgo spoons are TIG welded to each other and to the center hub plate.This is a more secure mounting than the standard bolted design and is recommended for all but the lowest head applications.

 Polishing
Turgo spoons are professionally polished by hand to a mirror like finish. This improves the appearance and efficiency of the runner but is very labor intensive. $25/spoon for orange and x0.75 size spoons, $40/spoon for x1.5 spoons, $50/spoon for x2 spoons and $100 for x3.5 spoons.

 Series 125 (1-1/4" NPT) nozzles, custom machined brass in 3/4", 7/8", 1", or 1-1/8" bore. 

 
Turgo and Pelton Arbors
$20  Basic arbor to fit motor/generator shaft and mount 1/2" ID impulse runner. Shaft sizes 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 5/8" with keyway. Will also fit ES&D pelton. Specify RH or LH thread. Use LH thread with turgo spoons above to direct water away from generator. Pelton may use either. All basic arbors are plated steel.
$30 Custom arbor to fit 7/8", 28mm or 1-1/8" keyed shaft (shaft coupling required), or threaded to fit most Ford or GM alternators. Specify RH or LH thread for arbor shaft (1/2-20RH or 1/2-20LH). The 7/8" and 1-1/8" arbors are stainless, while 28mm and 17mm auto alternator arbors are plated steel.
$30-$70 Plated steel shaft coupling for 7/8" ($30) or 1-1/8" ($35) arbors. Stainless shaft couplings are available in 7/8" ($60) or 1-1/8" ($70) Inquire for larger sizes.
